In a world that is constantly changing, Jake makes it his mission to maintain strong relationships with multiple lenders and be on the cutting edge of all lending products that could be useful to our clients. Whether construction loans or any number of mortgage structures, Jake knows where the perfect ingredients are located for each client situation. The lending process isn’t necessarily intuitive to people—Jake’s goal is to work with all of the firm’s clients to help facilitate by explaining, applying, underwriting and closing of loans and to make this process as simple as possible.
