Andrew likes to say the firm “is in the people business.” Wise words from a person who has only been in the business for a few years. Andrew takes pride in how he delivers advice to clients through his communication and organizational skills. In fact, for the past five years he has managed not one, but two softball teams where he plays and must manage the rosters, as well as the personalities and egos of two distinctly different groups of players.
At the firm, Andrew devotes himself to understanding how to build relationships with the clients he covers. He does this by asking questions, listening to clients, and injecting a bit of himself into each relationship. An avid movie-goer, Andrew uses the stories he learns through film to broaden his perspectives. All these things come together to help Andrew better anticipate the needs of our clients, which adds an important dimension to their experiences at the firm.
